The project is a private country residence for year-round living, with a work studio and the ability to receive up to 10 guests.
The basis of the composition is simple, monolithic volumes. The space is formed through the density of the material and the play of light and shadow.
A high, solid fence frames the site, creating a feeling of complete privacy. This is not a facade - it is a barrier between the world outside and the space inside.
The courtyard includes a covered terrace and a shallow pond - as elements of architectural rhythm and relaxation. One of the walls, as if torn from the ground, hovers above the water surface, creating an effect of lightness inside a heavy structure.
A minimum of landscaping, a maximum of horizons - clean planes emphasize the geometry of the house and enhance its sculptural expressiveness. This project is about material, light and silence. About how architecture can be both severe and calming.
