KODD BUREAU is the architectural firm of Dmitrii Koloskov and Daria Koloskova.
We work at the intersection of architecture, interior, and product design, creating private and public spaces.
Our practice is based on an architectural approach to interiors. Space is constructed through proportion, light, and materiality. We strive for clear composition and an internal balance within the environment.
Rationality does not exclude sensuality. Particular attention is paid to textures and natural materials. Their natural expressiveness creates the atmosphere of the projects without excessive decorativeness.
We view the interior as a holistic system, where architecture, objects, and details work together. Each project is individually created and reflects the lifestyle of its owners.

Interior design project
Discussion of the future project with the client and preparation of technical specifications, followed by a site visit for measurements and inspection.
Development of a layout solution and overall concept, illustrating the conceptual development of the project.
Conceptualization of components, structures, and elements that often shape the spaces themselves—sliding partitions, furniture, storage systems.
Creation of visualizations that convey the atmosphere and materiality of the future interior.
The final stage is the creation of a detailed set of drawings and technical documentation, including design and engineering solutions developed in collaboration with specialists.

Architectural concept
Creation of an architectural sketch proposal.
Development of the conceptual basis of the project: volume, proportions, placement in context. Formation of a spatial scenario that sets the character of the future architecture - its scale, rhythm, dialogue with the environment.

Full project management from drawings to ordering final accessories.
Going to the site, coordinating the construction process and, if necessary, engaging a proven team of builders.
We organize and control all stages.
We will carry out work on the selection and coordination of related and contracting organizations and purchases.
