ABOUT US

KODD BUREAU is an architectural bureau of Dmitry and Daria Koloskov.
We work at the intersection of interior, architecture and product design, creating integral spatial solutions — from private residences to public spaces.

Each project is based on working with volume, light and texture. We use an architectural approach to the interior, in which the form follows logic, and the atmosphere is born from meaning.
If the composition is precise and balanced, it does not need decorations — the space speaks for itself. Rationality does not exclude sensuality. We believe in the power of natural textures, tactility, soft severity.

Each solution is built around an idea. We design an environment that works, is felt and lives in dialogue with a person.

Functionality, comfort and the individual nature of the request are what form the soul of each project, regardless of scale or purpose.

Interior design project

Discussion of the future project with the client and preparation of the technical specifications, departure for measurements and inspection of the object.

Development of a planning solution and a general concept, illustrating the conceptual development of the project.

Thinking through units, structures and elements, often forming the premises themselves - sliding partitions, furniture, storage systems.

Creation of visualizations conveying the atmosphere and materiality of the future interior.

The final stage is a detailed set of drawings and technical documentation, including design and engineering solutions developed jointly with specialists.

Architectural concept

Creation of an architectural sketch proposal.

Development of the conceptual basis of the project: volume, proportions, placement in context. Formation of a spatial scenario that sets the character of the future architecture - its scale, rhythm, dialogue with the environment.

Integrated management

Full project management from drawings to ordering final accessories.

Going to the site, coordinating the construction process and, if necessary, engaging a proven team of builders.

We organize and control all stages.

We will carry out work on the selection and coordination of related and contracting organizations and purchases.

The service includes author's supervision, procurement and implementation management - so that ideas are implemented accurately, in accordance with the plan.
